So many of the people we interact with each and every day are family caregivers, people who are looking after an elderly or disabled loved one, friend or neighbor. Being a caregiver, especially if you're caring for someone you know, can take an emotional and a physical toll. And to think that these caregivers also work full time is almost incomprehensible.
